01 Scoping Framework
Food, a basic need for ordinary people, is a market that contains billions of users. Though the market size is huge, there are still many underserved users.
02 Exploratory & Evaluative
Once we defined the domain – food/cooking, we conducted exploratory research – including surveys and market research.
04 Generative
This is where we finished as group.
The group part ends here. After the class finished, I revised the concepts and design for use in my portfolio. Because I was not satisfied with the version we had as a group, I did quick user testings that we didn’t have a chance to do as a group.

Based on the result of user testing and feedback, I analyzed the major problems.
