Suprematism and Constructivism.

In his Proun series, Lissitzky composes each Proun with several different geometric elements, both two-dimensional and three-dimensional. Lissitkzy uses perspective method to distort the regularity of shapes, implicating the potential movements of shapes. The “interlocking and interrelated” forms break the equilibrium and space in a planned manner. Contrasting shapes, texture and sizes reinforce the “dynamic tensions” among shapes in the synthetic system.
